I have an Issue with my products, what do I do?

We never want our customers to experience any issues with their orders. If you find that your items were damaged in transit or are faulty in some manner, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods or noticing the fault and we will organize for their return and arrange a refund for your purchase or send a replacement product immediately. 

Whoops I Forgot To Pick Up My Order From The Post Office & It Was Returned?

Life can be hectic, and it’s easy to lose track of incoming parcels. If your delivery wasn’t successfully made, you missed the tracking updates, and your parcel is now being returned to us—don’t worry! Once we receive it, our team will notify you, confirm your address, and arrange to resend it.

If you’d prefer not to have it resent and would like a refund instead, we’re happy to issue a refund for the product cost, minus any postage fees we incurred

 

Change of mind purchases September - November *

We understand that sometimes you can get a little carried away when ordering on our website. If you decide when your order arrives your elf won't be able to use a prop. You can contact us within 48 hours to organise their return. These items must be in their original condition and undamaged packaging. Unfortunately, as it is a change of mind, the buyer will incur the cost of return postage.  Once we receive the item/s in the above condition we will refund the product price immediately to your chosen payment method at the time of your order.  

We have the right to charge a 10% final value fee for any cancelled or returned items for simply a change of mind. 

*As we are a seasonal business, ALL change-of-mind purchases are non-refundable after December 1st.

OOps I am international and didn't realise my country charges custom fees, now what?

Oops! Did customs fees catch you off guard? We totally understand—these charges can be a surprise if you’re not expecting them. But just so you know, customs fees and import duties are set by your country’s government, not us or our postal service.

It’s the buyer’s responsibility to cover these fees when receiving goods internationally. If you decide not to pay them, your parcel will be sent back to us, and unfortunately, the postal service charges a return fee. In that case, we’ll issue you a refund for the cost of the goods, but we’ll need to deduct any return fees and any other fees we may incur.
