My Magical Moments is all about being able to spread the Magic to as many people as possible. To assist with this we aim to keep all of our products as affordable as we can, for everyone, in doing this we are unable to provide any further individual discounts, unless we have a promotional sale
Do you have a physical Store that I can visit to view the items?
My Magical Moments aim to keep our prices as affordable as possible. One way of doing this is by having an online store only.
I don't want to pay for shipping, can I pick my order up?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer pick up.
Do you ship internationally?
My Magical Moments look forward to spreading a little Magic to all parts of the world. We will happily send our products internationally. When you reach check out you will be able to select the shipping option that suits your requirements.
If you are purchasing our "Magical Beans" please check with your country's customs regulations whether you can import them into your country, The scientific name for the bean is "Canavalia ensiformis"
We are happy to send the Magical Beans, however, it is your responsibility to ensure that they will pass your customs. We will label the outside packaging with the scientific description, as well as the common name.
When will my order be shipped?
You will be delighted to know we ship all orders within 24 hours of payment clearing for standard delivery orders.
If you have chosen Express delivery and your cleared payment has been received by us by 9 am Monday - Friday, your items will be sent the same day.

What is a "Magical Bean"?
Magical beans are awesome little seeds, with words or pictures printed on them, and when they grow the words or pictures are displayed on the plant.
This is the unique gift that will remind the receiver how special they are.
We have 30 different word/picture varieties to choose from.
These are perfect for any occasion, including wedding, christening and party favours or just to let someone know that you are thinking of them.
The seed is a Jack Vine Seed and will eventually grow into a vine with purple/pink flowers and then seeds that are edible when cooked. Once they outgrow their pot, they can be replanted into your garden and they will grow up to 1 metre in height!
What happens if my magical bean does not grow?
If you have correctly followed the instructions and your bean has not grown please contact us with a photo of your bean and the My Magical Moments instruction card and we will be more than happy to send out a replacement to you.
Please note Magical Beans purchased on clearance and or listed as old stock are not covered by our replacement guarantee.
Do you offer wholesale on Elf on the shelf accessories?
At this present time, we do not offer or allow the resale of our elf accessories for profit. For this reason, we have a 4 of the same item buying limit per person on all our elf range
What happens to my order if purchase over the 4 item purchase limit?
Orders containing more than the allowable limit will be adjusted accordingly and refund given.
Can I purchase more than 4 of the same elf items if I am not reselling?
If more than the allowed limit is required (eg. for personal use or for a preschool) please contact us prior to ordering, so that your order is not adjusted.
